Join the Rail Trail Blazers team as they bike for clean water through the SE coast of Massachusetts. The 19th Annual Buzzards Bay Watershed Ride is on Sunday, October 5, 2025! Enjoy the scenic landscapes of the South Coast and Upper Cape while raising funds for clean water in Buzzards Bay.
With 100, 77, and 41-mile route options, this fully supported ride winds through farmland, villages, cityscapes, cranberry bogs, and coastal country backroads, and ends in Woods Hole overlooking beautiful Buzzards Bay.
The ride is a fantastic community event that raises funds for a great cause: clean water in Buzzards Bay.

“We were thrilled to be a part of the Ride again this year,” said Russ Salamone, former treasurer of the Friends and member of the Bourne Rail Trail Blazers. “For me personally, having the opportunity to ride 100 miles alongside my wife, brother and sister-in-law, friends, fellow board members and the Coalition, all to benefit Buzzards Bay and create the Bourne Rail Trail, was amazing.”
